Recently I lost my only son. Someone said to me I shouldn’t grieve because he’s in heaven. I said well alright then. Sometimes it would be kinder not to say anything at all. I praise the LORD for my son’s salvation.
I’m so sorry for your loss 😔🙏🏼 there are plenty of stories in the Bible about grieving and loss. People can be so apathetic sometimes. I’m praying for you.

I’m so sorry for your loss. When people don’t understand your pain they don’t realize that although they meant to help it doesn’t. May God heal you and give you great love and comfort ❤️🕊️
My condolences over the loss of your son and my prayer that God will help you through the grieving process which is a natural process. Unfortunately, sometimes, in not knowing what to say to people who are dealing with loss, the things that are said, yes, would have been better off silenced.
People want to comfort grieving family/friends and not being the one who is suffering severe heartache, those that have passed pictured in Heaven is the ONLY thing that comforts themselves, it doesn’t help those that their world has been turned upside down, already missing them so immensely that no words can bring comfort. Hug them, let them know if they need anything you’re there for them and if ever in need to talk, cry, scream or let anger out, call you. Visit after a day or two. Bring a meal, wash dishes, tidy up, sit and have coffee and listen. Share fond memories and cry with them. This will soon pass😢
